WCOIL is in the process of updating our Email service. This new system will require each user to have their outgoing mail server set for smtp.wcoil.com as well as having mail authentication setup.

We are providing you with several links below for the more popular Email programs being used. Please choose the Email link, for the program you use, to update your account to use smtp.wcoil.com as your outgoing mail server and to set up authentication. These changes will need to be made as soon as possible. Your Email program will not function properly with our new system if these steps are not taken.

Beginning October 1st, 2009 - customers who have not made the necessary changes
will be unable to send outgoing email, until the settings changes have been made.

NOTE: These changes are necessary only if you use an email program (the most common mail programs are listed below).
If you use WCOIL webmail EXCLUSIVELY, these instructions do not apply and can be ignored.
