COMPUTER REPAIR TECHNICIAN POSITION AVAILABLE.

WCOIL is looking for a Computer Repair Technician who can provide excellent customer service for both in house and customer support. Position requires occasional outside calls and technician must have their own transportation. Areas of responsibility include analyzing, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems on PC.s, and all accessory components. Technician must be capable of recording and documenting all procedures and communicating effectively with customers. Other responsibilities include occasional sales/tech support back up for store, inventory control and visual maintenance.

Qualifications: A+ and Network + certified and experience needed. Trained and knowledgeable in PC hardware, software, networking, printers and components. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast paced repair environment. Physical requirements to lift up to 50 lbs as well as long periods of standing.
Position is 30-35 hrs. weekly, Monday-Friday. Medical benefits available.
